The following are pictures from one of my favorite countries (of those I have thus far visited). A country with stunning mountain landscapes and open plains. A nation of kind-hearted people ready to welcome you as one of their family, despite the scars of wars and death that litter the land and remind you of the hell these people have experienced in the last fifty years (and still do, as unexploded mines still kill people each year. I hope that the following pictures will give you an idea of a place you might not know much about. Enjoy.

Looking at those pictures you posted up brought back a lot of good memories for me. I visited Laos for the first time (this past February), and I have to agree that it is such a beautiful country. I can't wait to go back.

I'm from Laos actually.

It seems you and the old asian lady like Laos. I like Laos too, but sometimes I think it's too quiet and there's not much to do.

I'm now studying in the US and have just started a new blog. Please read my blog sometimes. =)
